This course will provide Admin users with the knowledge how to manage the workspace and control cost and data access.

Activities

  1. Detailed overview of cloud computing compared  to local computing
  2. Setting up, editing and deleting multiple job queues
  3. Starting and stopping the Cromwell server
  4. Setting cost limits per user and per workspace
  5. Controlling user data access

Intended Audience

This course is intended for Admin users of CloudOS. If you are uncertain if you are an Admin user, please speak with your Genomics England representative.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of cloud computing
